All enamel pins have officially finished the mold creation stage and the base color! This means the metal molds are done, and all the main enamel colors have been filled and cured.
They are now in the screenprinting stage, where all of the fine details and linework are added. This step is done carefully, layer by layer, to make sure everything lines up perfectly, so it can take a bit longer than earlier stages. Once screenprinting is complete, the pins will move on to final curing, polishing and quality checks before they’re ready to be packaged and shipped.
