Returns & Refunds

I do not provide refunds after an order has shipped.
Apparel items such as hoodies are NOT able to be returned for a refund or exchange. Please read sizing charts carefully and the terms and conditions at checkout.

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to me through email as soon as possible. Replacements for items are issued on a case by case basis, and will vary depending on available stock.

As I have limited stock on items, I do not offer exchanges on apparel items.

Non preorder purchases can be canceled and refunded up until they have been shipped. Once an order has shipped out, it is too late.

Preorder items CANNOT be cancelled.

Shipping

Shipping cost will depend on shipping zone. All orders are sent through USPS via flat rate shipping.

During shop updates, fulfillment will take 2-3 weeks due to increased volume.
All other order times will take 1-7 days for fulfillment.

Shipping times will vary depending on zone, and can range from 2-7 days for domestic shipping.

In accordance to international tax policies. Kamiaristudio will not be paying any coverage costs for any international orders placed on this website. To avoid having to pay VAT fees twice, please order through etsy.

The customer is responsible for any customs fees incurred.If the customer chooses not to pay the fees, customs will return the package to our warehouse. We are only able to refund the product cost, not the shipping cost that was already paid and spent.
