I do not provide refunds after an order has shipped.
Apparel items such as hoodies are NOT able to be returned for a refund or exchange. Please read sizing charts carefully and the terms and conditions at checkout.
If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to me through email as soon as possible. Replacements for items are issued on a case by case basis, and will vary depending on available stock.
As I have limited stock on items, I do not offer exchanges on apparel items.
Non preorder purchases can be canceled and refunded up until they have been shipped. Once an order has shipped out, it is too late.
Preorder items CANNOT be cancelled.
